Just a few things that you may want to know about me are:
I grew up here in Oconee County. I have gone to school here all my life and attended OCPS in 1987 when it opened. I played slow-pitch softball for OCHS my last 3 years of high school. Sports have always been something I have enjoyed doing. PE was always my favorite activity in school. So, being able to help in PE here, at OCPS, is very exciting.
I have worked with children for many years in different areas and with many different ages. I was a nanny for family freinds for many years. I worked at the preschool at Watkinsville First Baptist Church. For the past 4 years I was at Oconee Preschool Academy. I am the director for the summer camp at my church, and I get to work with kids from K-5th grade. I have being doing this for over 10 years and have been the camp director for the past 5 years.
Some other activities that I enjoy doing are going to the beach in the summer, doing crafty things, and enjoying time with family/friends. I like watching my nieces in their activities. One plays baseball, and the other does gymnastics. When I have time, I enjoy walking and love being outside.
