We are getting ready to kick off our Jump Rope for Heart event this year, and we can't wait! We have had several kids ask about it, so they are excited and ready to go, too! We will talk about it with the students toward the end of the week. We will send home a note with all the due date and donation information, a collection envelope, and instructions on how to donate online in Friday folders. You can click on the link to the right if you misplace you letter to get another copy. If you misplace your envelope just send me note (via your child's teacher) or email me, (pbowen@oconeeschools.org), and I can always send another one.
Jump Rope for Heart is a great opportunity for us to talk with the students about keeping our hearts healthy and helping others with sick hearts at the same time. Participation in this event can earn free PE equipment for our school, too.
